Slow Cooker Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
Excellent idea! I didn't follow the recipe exactly, I toasted my bread because I didn't have old bread and omitted the eggs. I added chicken broth and poultry seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Also, I added turkey drippings, cooked it on high for a bout an hour then low for 4 hours and it was perfect, tasted like out of the bird stuffing.

Basic Crepes

Super easy and good, my kids loved them. I threw the ingredients in the bullet, a mini-blender, and they came out very smooth and perfect consistency.

Grandma Elaine's Unstuffed Sweet and Sour Cabbage

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2007
Very good, thanks for the recipe. I cooked the meatballs in the oven so the grease didn't go into the dish and I left out the raisins and didn't use all the brown sugar. Also, I used V8 for the broth, I didn't have any tomato paste.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2007
Very good, cheap and easy. I didn't have any garlic so I just used onion and g.pepper, I just diced them up into small pieces. No cumin so I substituted curry, I didn't measure it just threw in whatever. I baked them in the oven and then made it into a bean burger grilled cheese with ketchup. Very good, will definitely make again. Much better than the store bought veggie burgers.

Vegetable Pizza I

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2004
I like my dip topping better, one package of cream cheese, 1/2 cup miracle whip, 1 teaspoon dill weed and 1/2 teaspoon onion salt. Also, try leaving off the cheese and adding chopped green onion. I've never left a lunch/dinner party without at least one person asking me for my veggie pizza recipe. HINT: seed the tomatoes before chopping and you won't have to worry about sogginess.

Chicken Supreme IV

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2002
I just wanted to say that I made this dish and found the flavor to be terrible, so this is a warning to people who don't like white wine, YOU WILL NOT LIKE THE FLAVOR OF THE CHICKEN. Other than that, it was easy and the chicken was very juicy.
