Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2011
Presentation-wise, these were not the prettiest cookies I've baked but looks can sure be deceiving because, oh my, they tasted AMAZING. By far the best cookies I've made. The consistency came out perfectly chewy and with half an Andes mint melted on top and solidified, they really made for that extra something that made these cookies go from great to spectacular! The danger about them is they are addictive so of course be sure to share them with lots of people.

Hamburger Cookies

Super easy, super fun and super cute! Sure to be a big hit at upcoming summer BBQs. I agree with some reviews below that the Keebler grasshopper cookies are the best to use for the meat. I used a little bit of orange frosting for the appearance of cheese and to help keep the top Nilla wafer stick.

Turtle Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2011
Oh boy, this was good! I would advise using caramel sauce for the caramel layer instead of waiting for a batch of caramels to melt. It is essentially the same thing and it takes less time. If you also don't have a double broiler on hand just as I did, you can just stick the chocolate chips in a saucepan with a tiny bit of water and melt them that way for a quicker result. My whole family and my boyfriend really enjoyed this and it tasted the best about a day and a half after baking, in my opinion.
