White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
This was sooo delicious! Was the first cheesecake I’ve ever made and I must say I was pretty proud of it. It was a huge hit at the dinner I took it to, and needless to say there weren’t any leftovers. Definitely read the tips on baking a cheesecake if you haven’t already. Mine came out with not a single crack and had a wonderful consistency, which I credit fully to the water bath and allowing it to sit in the oven for a few hours after I turned it off. It’s a professional grade cheesecake sure to impress!

Avocado Dessert
I was actually pretty disappointed with this recipe. I thought I would really enjoy it because I LOVE avocados, but this was not to my liking. Reminded me of a super sweet/vanilla guacamole. Some people might like it, but I think I’m going to have to pass on making it again. Thanks though…

Key Lime Pie VII
This was delicious and ridiculously easy! I brought it into where I work, since I knew it was my Lt Col’s favorite, and it was almost gone before lunch time. I cooked mine for about 12 minutes because I didn’t really seen any bubbles, and it turned out perfect. Also, I agree with others on this site, definitely use the bought key lime juice!! It’s easy, cheap and deliciously tart. Don’t bother with 20-30 limes, the extra work isn’t worth it. But definitely try this recipe out!
