Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2012
Absolutely the best banana bread I have ever made or eaten. This is the ONLY recipe i use anymore and get requests all of the time to make it. I have given the recipe out so many times it's crazy. I put everything into one big bowl and mix it together have NEVER had a single issue with this recipe it is truly fool-proof!

I thought this was absolutely delicious, I did add extra garlic (fresh) and next time will use a different pasta then i did this time, and try with chicken instead of burger, but super easy and inexpensive.Even my sometimes picky children asked for seconds.

Texas Hash

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2006
My family loved this recipe, I used leftover rice instead of using minute rice and used diced italian tomatoes and used shredded cheese on top, only a tiny bit leftover and very economical when ground beef on sale, I made this for about $6.00 for a family of 5. Thanks!

Barbecue Butter Beans

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2006
I did change a few things, I used 1/2 cup of brown sugar, great northern beans (all I had on hand) added 1 heaping Tbsp of barbeque sauce and 2 Tbsp of maple syrup. I also cooked them at 200 for an hour, they were to die for, I am making them for the 2nd time in 2 weeks today.

Field Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2004
I have a very similar recipe that uses spinach, I added mixed greens and spinach together and used Feta cheese, because it's my favorite, (in some reveiws I noticed $ was mentioned, using 1/2 spinach and 1/2 greens keeps the cost down) Absolutely great my 3 year old loves it!!!1

Zucchini Cobbler

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2003
Very easy to make and simply delicious, I followed the advice of some other reveiws and added quick oats in the crumbs. I did cut down the sugar and butter a bit, tasted great. Took this to a church dinner and wouldn't tell anyone what it was until they were done nobody believed me that it was zucchini, I was asked for the recipes by at least 6 people. A definite keeper my husband loved it!!!!!!!

Heather's Healthy Oatmeal Surprises

Delicious, easy to make, I added ground ginger instead of the nutmeg (we aren't nutmeg people) and I used confetti chips (peanut butter, white chocolate, chocolate chips and M&M's baking pieces) I thought they were great!

Bar Cookies from Cake Mix

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2002
Very good bar cookies, I used some of the other review suggestions and used 4T water, and I used pecans instead of walnuts. I took this along to a parent group we belong to and I had one comment that it was too sweet (I might cut down brown sugar) and several comments that it tasted like pecan pie. I thought it was GREAT!!! Thanks!

Cake Mix Cookies VII

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2002
This was so simple and they tasted so great!! I used a yellow cake mix with mini M&M's that were leftover from Halloween candy that I had in the freezer, too easy!! I used some of the other reviews and used a little less oil. We have a local store that has left over funfetti cake mixes 4/$1 and what a great way to make cookies for $.25. I just bought a spice cake mix and can't wait to try that. Thanks, for making this busy mom's baking easier!
