After reading some of the other reviews, I decided to make the filling by using 1 1/2 cups of packed brown sugar and 1 1/2 tablespoons of cinnamon. They turned out perfect that way! I was not too pleased with the icing....it came out too runny for me....I may try a cream cheese frosting next time.

Easy PHILLY OREO Cheesecake

A coworker of mine wanted me to make him an Oreo Cheesecake. I had no recipe so I decided to make this one....what a great decision that was! I put in 1 1/2 t of vanilla instead of 1 t and I also crushed about 14 oreos instead of 8 for the inside and top of the cheesecake. It was such a hit that I've been asked to makie another one SOON! :)
