This was a good way to change up both cube steak and spaghetti. I used jar sauce and made it gluten free with GF bread crumbs. I cooked it almost an hour and it was tender. I gave it a 4 because I took other's advice and cooked it longer and used jar sauce. I liked that it was very quick and easy to pull together.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III

I made this with room temperature cream cheese, eggs and butter. It took a about 15 minutes longer to cook in my oven, and I was worried that it wasn't quite done yet, but didn't want to burn it. After sitting about 10 minutes, it had finished cooking. I brought it for the dessert for Easter dinner with strawberries and everyone LOVED it! I will definitely make this again.

Sour Cream Chicken

Like others said, this is a good base recipe. I added garlic, s/p and one cup of white wine. The flavor was very good in the gravy. I made noodles to serve on the side with the gravy.

Nacho Chip Casserole

This recipe has potential. Per another review, I heated the bottom layer of chips in the oven while it preheated, but they still ended up uncrunchy in the final dish. Next time, I would only put chips on the top. Also, I could have easily used a smaller dish than 9x13. I used shredded cheese, but forgot to add taco seasoning to the meat. Next time I will definitely do this. All in all, it is a good recipe to start with the begin tweaking for your family. For my one son who doesn't like things "mixed up" in his food, I'm going to try to sell this as walking tacos without the bag.

Apple Cream Pie

I made this pie this year for a change from my standard sour cream apple pie recipe. I took the advice of halving the liquid and I always add more apples. It turned out great!

Cheesy Baked Cauliflower

Cauliflower is a hard sell at my house, but everyone enjoyed this. I steamed for only 5 minutes in the microwave in my pampered chef micro cooker. Very good!
