Beef Pot Roast

GREAT! wish some changes. I used a chuck roast and after searing, I put roast on onion mixture for 30 min. then added carrots & potatoes and covered it with a mixture of : 1 can french onion soup, 1 envelope onion soup mix and 2 tbs. worcestershire sauce. Finished cooking @ 300 for 1 1/2 hrs. removed meat & vegies then thickened liquid with a little cornstarch. EXCELLENT

All Day Macaroni and Cheese

I didn't cooked the macaroni and I used whole wheat elbows. I looked in through the glass top after 4 hours and the edges looked burnt so I checked it. The elbows were mushy. The edges were burnt. It tasted okay. AND I only had the slow cooked set on WARM. I won't try it again.
