I was born and live in Bologna, a not-so-big city in the north of Italy, the region where a lot of good things come from, like tortellini and parmisan. I graduated last year, but I'm still a student at the University of Bologna. I like good food and cooking, although I have to admit I don't cook that much as my parents are really good cooks and there's no need to compete with them :)
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking pasta and experimenting on all different variations pasta offers. I also like baking, especially muffins and cookies, although they don't belong to my family (Italian in general) cooking traditions.

I was born in Bologna (the city where bologna and tortellini come from), but my parents were born in two different regions of the south. Therefore, my familiy cooking traditions are a colorful mix of recipies coming from different parts of Italy.
