About this Cook
I'm rather young (in my teens) and I love to bake: cookies, cakes, brownies, you name it! And I enjoy a good cooking challenge.
My favorite things to cook
As I said before: I love to bake. So cookies, cakes, brownies, squares, and all other types of sweets are my favorite to cook.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I have a famous brownie that is made with non-sweetened chocolate and has a layer of cheesecake on top of it. It is always made during special times.
My cooking triumphs
Cheesecake brownies, sugar cookies, oatmeal cookies, apple pie, apple and pear streusel (I think I spelled that right)
My cooking tragedies
I once tried to make a piped cookie that ended up coming out to thick. Of course, the fact that I didn't have the right cookie press probably didn't help). The cookies ended up coming out dry and lacking in flavor completely. That was my worst tragedy so far.

Butter Cake
This is a fatastic cake! It tastes wonderful and is great to work with. I happened to use this for a cake decoration contest and it works really well. One thing I have to worn you on is to be sure to grease the pan WELL before you bake the cake. Also be sure to watch the cake as it's baking else you may just fine a black brick of a cake in your oven.

Snickerdoodles III
This cookie is a wonderful recipe for snickerdoodles. I happened to make these for a party and everyone thought they were fantastic. I do have to say that I added a bit more sugar for the coating because the cinnamin tends to create a small bitter flavor for the first couple of seconds after you have bitten into the cookie. However the overall result is very tasty.

Watermelon Cookie
I made these cookies for a class and everyone loved them! The cookie itself is a bit lacking in flavor, but the icing adds an extra sweetness that gives it a nice taste! These cookies aren't the easiest to make, however I had a good time making them, and they came out great!
