Best Pecan Sandies
Very good. Though, I did have to add more flour than stated (1/2 cp.) I used a 1 TBSP cookie scoop to make them uniform in size. I then floured the bottom of a glass, banged excess flour off by tapping the side of the flour container, and pressed them flat. I got 65 cookies from this batch. Loved them! Thanks for sharing.

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker
My hubby HATES pork, and was suspicious when I said, "pork roast" when he asked, "what's for dinner?" He ate a stuffed sandwhich, and extra meat after. Then he took it to work for lunch the next day. He ate it for Dinner that night, AND lunch again the next day. Very rarely does he eat the same thing that many times in a row. I cooked it for 19 hrs, and it was perfect.

Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls
I read the recipe too fast, and used water instead of milk. I worried the whole time these were rising. I had to had more flour, and thought it was ruined. BUT THEY WERE NOT! I used them for the Kalua pork roast from this site. It was awesome, and hubby HATES pork roast. Thanks for a great recipe. I wonder how amazing these will be when I actually use milk. lol
