Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

15 minute prep time? Who is kidding who? This recipe took me over an hour to prep. Everyone found the fruit salsa too sweet, even with zero added sugar. Better as a dessert than an appetizer. The chips were delicious which is good considering how time consuming they were.

Quinoa Vegetable Salad

Loved it, so simple and delicious. I used fresh oregano instead of cilantro/mint and it was good. I also needed an extra half cup of water to cook the quinoa.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were quite delicious, even though I substituted half the butter with applesauce, cut the sugar down to 1/4c white and 1/4c brown and used half white and half whole wheat pastry flour.

Way too sweet for my liking, I think they would be good even without the chocolate topping, maybe with some chocolate chips thrown in with the cereal instead.
