German Apple Pancake
The flavour was good but mine really was too egg-y. I followed the recipe exactly. I was expecting closer to a crepe-like texture only thicker (not doughy) but I had scrambled eggs/quiche in the center. I used large eggs and I think they might have been too big. I plan on trying this again with only 3 eggs to see if the texture improves. I liked that it wasn't doughy but I really don't think mine turned out right, it was too egg-y. Hopefully next time I can find the right balance.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
These turned out GREAT! I followed some of the other's tips and creamed the butter and sugar by hand and also made all the balls and then rolled them in the sugar/cinnamon. If anything the dough almost wasn't sticky enough for the sugar to stick too, but they turned out awesome. I added some red and green coloured sugar to the second half for a christmas touch. I've never had snickerdoodles before in my life but I am a fan now!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars IV
These are so good! I used Kraft no added sugar or salt peanut butter and they taste like homemade peanut butter cups. I followed two suggestions from other reviews and added 1/2 cup peanut butter to the melted chocolate and I lined my pan with parchment paper and just pulled the whole thing out and cut them up. I stored them in the freezer and they keep really well and taste great frozen.
