It was a huge hit and this will be on my menu every year! This cheesecake was delicious! I made it in an 8" cheesecake pan so The only negative was there wasn't enough batter. I also used 1 cup of pumpkin instead. Next time i will double the recipe. I prefer to make my own crust with 1 pkg smashed graham crackers and 3/4 stick melted butter. It's more cost effective and you never have to worry about the crust breaking as with the premade ones. Just go buy a cheesecake pan if you like making cheesecake!
