Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken
WOW! this was so delicious, my kids and I had seconds. This recipe will be repeated in my home! Only thing I may do is use unsalted butter and a touch less than a whole stick. But YUMMO! it was tasty and fast. thanks for posting!

Jenna's Harvest Soup
This soup has potential! I needed it for a larger crowd so I doubled the recipe, bad idea. Next time I will double the pumpkin and broth but not the potatoes. They made it too gritty. I definitely will use plain potatoes and add garlic and onion on my own. The cream rounds it off nice however, being dairy intolerant, I will use another non dairy alternative. Thanks for posting!

Larb - Laotian Chicken Mince
This dish was delicious! My daughter, who lived in Laos for a few months, said that next time we will use less meat and chop it instead of grinding it. Also, we will up the mint and basil. Thank you for posting this!
