Cherry Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2014
I don't know what I did wrong the cake was kind of pasty like it wasn't cooked but it I cooked it for an hour and 15 minutes and my fork came out clean. It tasted good if I could just get past the texture

Steak and Ale Type Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2013
Easy assembly, hearty, rich flavor. I added a tbsp of caraway seed and about 1/3 cup more water. The result was a dense, but not dry texture, great for dipping in soup/stews.

Garlic Pork Roast

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2013
It was ok I spiked, garlicked and seared but my roast was flavorless maybe I added too much liquid=I didn't have canned broth so I used 2 chicken boullouin (sp) cubes and mixed with 2 cups of water mixed in the skillet I seared the roast in. The meat was uber tender and the potatos and carrots were perfect just no flavor pork wish I knew what I was doing wrong

Tasty, nutritous, easy to prepare. What more can one want? I just got home from a potluck where I brought this dish. I have some left over, but wish it were more. I will be making this again!

Baked Cod with Boursin Herb Cheese

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2013
Great! I did add a few I sauted mushrooms, green pepper, onion and garlic first. I added that to a can of tomatos. I put the fish in a pan, put gorganzola cheese on top, then veg mix on top of that, sprinkled some spike over it all covered and cooked for 20 minutes it was delicious! My s.o. couldnt believe it was fish!
