Tangy Almond Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2010
A great little dish. No need to put it on the skewers unless you are using this as a side dish. It needed triple of the marinade in my opinion. Very easy to make and will surely make again.

Spinach 'n' Steak Salad with Chipotle Honey Mustard

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2012
A solid tasty dinner. You can make the steak as you like and the honey mustard dressing is excellent for this salad and a recipe that I will use in other dishes. This meet my requirement of a five star rating in that I not only will make it again, but I will make it for company and use the dressing for other dishes.

Savory Breakfast Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2012
These could be five star excellent with some modifications. I am someone that does not really care for sweet muffins for breakfast. These need a little more taste with the addition of cheddar or additional flavor. I will try again though these have great potential.

Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2011
This is a great side dish. Of all the recipes I have made from Allrecipes it is now one of my favorite. Just a great surprising taste. Normally you have a slightly bitter taste from the tomatoes but not at all present probably due to the sugar added.

Chicken Tortilla Soup I

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2012
This is a wonderful dish. This has a great flavor. The changes I made was to grill the chicken seasoned with some salt pepper and lime. I also toasted some tortillas on an iron skillet and cut them into triangles for topping and extra dipping.

Tasty Lentil Tacos

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2012
This is just a great little recipe. I love meat and would not imagine this would be just as good as beef tacos, but it is! I would be more than happy to have this in lieu of regular beef tacos.

Amish White Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2011
This bread is great. Very easy to make and has a great flavor. It is dense and a little more sweet than store bought bread, but this is not a negative.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2011
Great little recipe. What rates a five star rating for me is the desire to cook it again and again. But this has great flavor and is great for leftovers.

Pumpkin Ravioli with Hazelnut Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2011
This is an excellent recipe. I dropped the hazelnuts though and used a little less onion.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2011
I must say this is the first recipe I have not really enjoyed in a long time. Strain the water out of the onion mixture and cut back heavily on the cumin. The burger tasted like a cumin burger in my opinion.

Grilled Salmon with Habanero-Lime Butter

A great spicy salmon recipe. It has just the right amount of spice with the salmon. Easy to make and made it for guests. They all loved it.

Maple Salmon

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2011
Very good dish. This is a great meal if you have folks that are not really fans of fish. The only thing that I changed is that I used a baster to re-coat the salmon a few times during the baking time. It also took about 40 minutes total to bake not the 20 listed.

Ranchero Enchilada Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2010
It was ok... took about 35 Minutes to cook. More of the issue was the flavor. It is missing something and could use a little more spice. It was very easy to make. This also may be a dish that tastes better the next day.

Italian Confetti Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2012
Not really a fan of this one. It did not keep well and I followed the instructions to a tee. As you can see from the other ratings, I usually agree with the rest. Not on this one.
