Aussie Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2012
We had no Mayo, so I used sour cream. We don't like mushrooms, so I used onion. We loved the sauce! Husband can't wait for me to make it again!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: May 27, 2012
I used full chicken breasts and put them in the oven for 10 minutes on each side at 350 degrees. I also made extra sauce for dipping. Very tender and tasty!

Slow Cooker Spare Ribs

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2012
I was surprised I liked it. I thought tomato soup sounded so weird and it didn't smell good the first few hours! Followed the directions, except that I only had Tomato Parmesan Bisque on hand, but you can't go wrong with cheese. Will make this again!

Only made 2 chicken breasts, but made all the sauce and had it over pasta, as others suggested. Sauce was so good!

Watermelon Salsa

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2011
Awesome! I didn't have enough Cilantro, so I used fresh Basil, but I didn't use 1/4 cup, (just about 1 TB) because I didn't want to overpower the fruit juices.

Pear and Gorgonzola Cheese Pizza

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2011
Loved it! Thank goodness for this recipe-it fills the void from California Pizza Kitchen closing! I used red onion instead of chives, but other than that, stuck with the recipe.

Chicken Puffs for 2

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2011
Delicious! I boiled the chicken first. I melted the butter and used it to heat the onion, garlic, and frozen carrots. Instead of using another bowl, I added the cubed chicken and cream cheese to the same pan, which melted the cream cheese to make it easier to mix. I used about 1/2 cup of the mix, not one tablespoon for each puff.

Oven-Fried Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2010
Delicious! I used a brush to add the flour before dipping into egg and bread crumbs. I had bought butterfly pork chops, so I reduced the time to 8 minutes on each side. I will be making again!

Cut back on the sausage, it can get greasy. I used a 1 1/2 lbs of hamburger and 1/2 lb of sausage.
