Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

This is my absolute favorite pancake recipe. I make it all the time for my roommates, sisters, boyfriend, and they ALL love it. I always add extra milk because I like my pancake batter to have a runny consistency . Also a dash of cinnamon makes these extra yummy :)

Spinach Quiche

Really good. I added bacon. I had trouble understanding when to take it out of the oven, though. It seemed so wet so I kept it in for at least an extra twenty minutes but I think that may just be because there is so much butter in this recipe. I will definitely make this recipe again.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

THESE ARE AMAZING! The dough was so delicious (and that is coming from someone who is not a big fan of cookie dough) that I didn't even want to bake them! I read some reviews and made the following changes: - I beat the wet ingredients for a LONG time, to make the dough fluffy - I was a little heavy-handed with the vanilla - I added and extra 1/2 cup of oats - I refrigerated dough for 2 hours before baking Perfection.
