Firecracker Casserole

My husband love the spiciness of it, but I would have liked it to have blended more. I found the meat was dry, while the top was kind of goofy. Will try to play around with to mix it up next time. Taste was still good!

Twenty Minute Chicken

Great recipe and easy. I dredged the chicken in Panko crumbs with some sage and garlic salt to give a little more texture and flavor. I had small breasts,so they all cooked evenly, otherwise I would have pounded them thinner. I also added white wine when I added the mushrooms (so the absorb the Flavor) and it was wonderful. A definite keeper!!

Lemon Mushroom Herb Chicken

I used half the butter and didn't have the dried parsley, so used fresh. Had flour mixture left over, so I will cut in half next time. Lots of great sauce for the accompanying white rice to 'sop' up. So good! Lovely blend of flavors, be sure to use the zest with the capers and parsley at the end.
