Bread and Celery Stuffing

This was a super easy recipe. I have never made homemade stuffing before. I am amazed at how delicious and simple this was. I used fresh sage and thyme and adjusted the flavor with a sprinkle of poultry seasoning. I also used buttermilk bread and dried it out in the oven on the lowest setting. One review said to add the broth a little at a time till you achieve desired moistness. This proved to be an excellent suggestion.

Chocolate Syrup

Great recipe. Was able to convert it to a fudge sauce by decreasing the whole milk and adding a little over a tablespoon of salted butter. Simmered it for about 10 min. Turned out to be a delicious thick hot fudge sauce without using cream. I love versatile recipes!

Pure Maple Candy

So sweet, very sweet. Yummy and easy. Just follow directions exactly. I was only willing to risk 1 cup of syrup just in case in did something foolish. So very easy. No problems. I would agree that step 3 does not take 5 minutes, so be ready to pour when color starts to change. I do not have candy molds, so I simply poured candy into a square baking dish and cut into pieces when cooled.

Simple Sloppy Joes

Super yummy recipe that was a big hit. My only modifications are: 1. Cut the sugar by 1/3 2. Add the onions and garlic after you drain the fat. If you cook the onions and garlic with the meat then drain the fat, you're going to drain some of the yummy flavor right into the trash. 3. Simmer the stew for an hour to 1 1/2 hours stirring occasionally. The ground meat will be so nice and tender, it will also soften the onions, and the flavors will have time to blend smoothly. Well worth the time! Tripled the recipe and used turkey meat and it still came out delicious! Thank you for a great recipe!

Supreme Strawberry Topping

Easy and delicious! Thinly sliced strawberries, cooked and mashed the fruit until it turned a darker shade of red. Pureed entire batch. Made my dessert look and taste expensive!
