Death by Chocolate Mousse
I've used this site for years, but this is my first review. I'm not much on making desserts, as I get more pleasure from preparing savory vegetables, meats, pasta dishes & soups. I planned a menu for judges at a music competition and chose this as one of the desserts. Per other reviews, I used powdered sugar and IT WAS FABULOUS! So good in fact, that I made another one last night - There was only one small piece left after the competition for me to try :) The second time I used 1/2 milk chocolate and 1/2 dark chocolate chips=Yum Yum! I'll try adding some espresso next time, as I love chocolate and coffee together. BTW-store bought chocolate crust is plenty good with such a rich filling and saves on preparation time!

Chinese Pot Roast
I cut back the soy sauce & used Kikoman's Lite Soy Sauce to keep the sodium down, All other ingredients as listed. Superb! This is the first time I've made a roast that didn't taste like ho-hum roast! I didn't bother searing it, just whisked ingredients together and poured them over the roast in the crock pot; Cooked on low for 5-6 hours; Then thickened the sauce as instructed. Will be making this again & again =D Thank you for the recipe!

Perfect Chicken
Served this tonight and everyone agreed~It IS Perfect Chicken! I didn't have fresh lemon so I used about 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and am glad I didn't add any more. It was just right. I also cut the heavy cream back to 1/2 cup and it thickened up quite nicely in the oven. Thank You for the Wonderful recipe, Faith!
