Spinach and Strawberry Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2011
I loved this salad, my husband thought it was a little too sweet but still ate a HUGE portion! I made it with Balsamic Vinegar since that was all I had and added red onions and it came out wonderful! Great for summer with something grilled!

Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2011
These came out AWESOME! I made these with asparagus and my husband loved them! I did add Maple Syrup and sauteed onions to the recipe which gave it a great flavor! Will be adding this into rotation for dinner!

Apple Butter Pork Loin

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2011
Ive made this recipe quite a few times now and my family loves it! Even my picky husband! My brother-in-law made my sister call me for the recipe the day after I made it for them! The only thing i do differently is omit the seasoning salt since my husband is watching his sodium intake! This is a great change of pace for those that do the same thing all the time with pork!

Brenda's Pepperoni Chicken Rollups

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2010
I've made these numerous times now and my family LOVES them! I buy thin chicken breasts so i don't have to mallet anymore. A word of the wise is not to season both sides of the breast with Italian seasonings because it overpowers the flavor of the pepperoni. I only season the outside lightly with italian seasoning. We like them cheesy so I use shredded mozzarella, roll them up and use a stick of spaghetti to hold it together. I used to brown them in the pepperoni oil and found that step unnecessary and it made them too greasy so I put them straight in a casserole dish and into the oven. Sprinkle some Mozzarella on top and serve over a bed of spaghetti! Yummy!

Grandma's Sour Cream Pound Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2010
Me and my husband made this last night and as the saying goes "It's so good it makes you wanna slap your momma!" Never had a pound cake that called for mace but it gave it a really nice flavor! We followed the recipe to the T and made no substitutions even after reading the reviews! You can't please everybody i guess! My husband took some to work and his co-workers loved it! The only thing that was kind of weird was that while it was still warm it had kind of a cornbread taste to it but it went away once it completely cooled off!
