I was a banker by profession with BSC-BA and MBA degrees. Traveling and living in foreign lands, from Far East to Middle East, influenced my exotic taste and ways of cooking. I grew up in the Philippines where I was exposed to Filipino, Chinese and Western cuisines. On the other hand, during my momentous time in Riyadh, KSA, Aunt Munawar, wife of Dr. Obaidullah (former doctor of the Late King Faisal), introduced me some mouth-watering Indian and Middle Eastern cuisines. I used to enjoy my own recipes but it's more satisfying if I'll share it to others.
Lipardo's Puto Seco
It's one of the best sugar cookies I've ever baked so far. It's simple, easy to make, less greasy and tasty. In every recipe, you're free to make some adjustments based on your preferences. To sum it up, it's so nutritious and delicious...
