Japanese Chicken Wings

WOW! Just finished clean up from making 5 POUNDS of these wings and they are gone!!! My Michigan fans killed them!! Thanks so much for sharing! I WILL be making these again TOMORROW for the Bengals game! :) WHO DEY!!!

Garlic Chicken

This was a GREAT recipe! I have had SO many compliments on it! I served this chicken pounded out and cut into small pieces over fettucini alfredo (Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce by Dawn Carter) on this site makes an AMAZING combo with this recipe! Served with some fresh parsley for garnish and warm italian bread! MMMMM! Enjoy!

Chicken Enchiladas II

I was brave and made this for the first time on Mothers day for my husbands and my family. It was an absolute SMASH!!! Everyone was raving, and couldn't get enough! I doubled the recipe, but I should have trippled it! Everyone wanted more! I did make a few changes as in previous recipes, I used Cream of Chicken soup instead of Crm of Mushroom. I also used DOUBLE the cheese, (we love cheese). and I topped it as directed, but also used 1/2 can of enchilada sauce from the can before I put on the cheese to back. Thanks so much!!! I've already made this several times!

Kabob Marinade

This was a great "tasting" marinade! It made the meat taste good, but it was chewy...It may have been the kabob meat that I used, but all in all it had a great taste! Thanks!

Better than Sex Cake IV

This cake was GREAT!! I couldn't stop eating it...(literally) LOL I found that I should have left it in the pan, I tried to take it out, and it got VERY messy when I tried to put the pudding and whip topping on, but all the same, it was DELICIOUS!!! Thanks!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This was SO good! My husband, who doesn't care for pot roast, said this was the best he'd ever had, and went back for SECONDS!!! I threw in some carrots with this, and made mashed potatoes, and gravy from the crock pot liquid, it was wonderful...we had open face roast beef the next day from the leftovers!! Thanks a million!

Beer Chops I

This recipe was "ok" I liked the gravy that came off of the drippings, but the chops had a VERY strong beer taste...my husband liked it, but the kids and I opt out...Thanks anyway, it's always fun to try new recipes!

Easy Alfredo Sauce I

WOW! What can I say! This sauce is out of this world! And SO easy!! My kids and husband LOVED it too!!! I liked the texture of parm. cheese! Some of the best italian restaurants around here have the same texture in their alfredo sauce...the only change I made was I added about a 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder...really put it over the top! Thanks SO much!!!
