Loved this cake! I have made it twice now. It has such a rich dark chocolate flavor. My only suggestions is to use a good quality cocoa because it really makes a difference and line your pan with parchment paper. The cake is so moist it falls apart easily and is hard to get out of the pan. But by far the best homemade chocolate cake I've had!

Campbell's Kitchen Easy Beef Enchiladas

Yummy! My family ushally likes just plain burrios but I wanted to try something a bit different. We all loved it. I didn't have any refried beans or enchilada sauce so I made my own and it came out great!

Bacon Cheese Fries

LOVE this recipe! It has been a family favorite from the first time I made it. I ushally make my own french fries first. Takes a little more time than just using frozen but still turns out just as good :)

Alfredo Sauce

Hubby and I love this! I made this last nite for dinner. I did add more garlic though. About 1-2 cloves depending on how much you like garlic. Also, make sure you use FRESH GRATED parmesan cheese or it will not melt all the way and settles at the bottom of the pan as soon as you stop whisking it. I also added some steamed broccoli and cubed cooked ckicken. Wonderful!

Jam Filled Butter Cookies

I love this recipe!! I made a small batch this past weekend and my family ate them all in one day! I did think the batter was a little bland so I added 1tsp of vanilla extract and it was perfect! So simple and so yummy!!!
