Best Ever Veggie Burgers

My family of meat eating boys loved these burgers. I pureed the ingredients in the food processor, but next time I think I'll do it in batches...puree the beans but leave some of the rice and onions nuts whole to give it texture. But even with my mistake, we ate them all. awesome!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

I made this exactly as is and my chips were soft, soggy. I cooked another batch longer and got crispy chips but it was difficult to eat. The salsa was tasty and the idea is great. I'll try again with some adjustments, chips at a higher temp and flipping the chips, or cook with a deep fryer to get crisp. Fruit cut in tiny pieces in a viscous syrup might be the key to keeping it on the chip all the way to the mouth.

Cinnamon Rolls II

Too wet and sticky at the end of the bread machine cycle. I followed the directions to a T. I added a cup of flour to try to salvage them. I am convinced there are people who are cinnamon roll makers, they have special powers, sweet dough yeast 6th sense,... and I am not one of them. Soooo frustrating!

Gorgonzola Sauce

We put this stuff over everything... bread, asparagus, steak... The only downfall is calories and fat, and that it doesn't keep well. Must make and eat immediately. Delicious!

Vanilla Ice Cream IV

I followed this recipe exactly. I didn't have room for milk in my ice cream maker and even without the milk it was the consistency of syrup. I'm going to put it in the refrigerator for a few hours and try it again. I don't understand how everyone got ice cream out of it since I achieved nothing resembling the sort. I have a Kitchen Aid ice cream bowl so maybe that's the difference?
