Snickerdoodles III

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2012
ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! Snickerdoodles are my favorite cookies, and these were everything they should be. Also, to those at high altitudes, they work perfectly- no changes needed! Trust me on this, I'm at 9200ft. :)

Breaded Chicken Fingers

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2011
These were FANTASTIC!! I ran out of breadcrumbs, so i just used plain crackers- also only 1 tsp of garlic instead of the full amount. They were awesome with the honey mustard on this site!!

Michelle's Peanut Butter Marbled Brownies

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2011
AMAZING. I live at 9,200 feet above sea level, so I used my own brownie recipe and swirled this peanut-buttery goodness on top, and it was SPECTACULAR. Like a Reese's cup but in brownie form!

Hummus III

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2010
Awesome!! Use less tahini and add red pepper for better flavor. Tip: Where I live, nobody sells tahini, so I use 4 tbs 100% pure sesame oil and omit the olive oil. Also, if you're making it in a blender, it had better be an extremely powerful one if you want it to be kinda like a mayonaise consistency. Adding the liquid helps.
