Slow Cooker Chicken Parisienne

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2011
My Guy loved this dish..I did spice it up a little more based on some of the other ratings..It was a little soupy...so I did take the top off of the slow cooker for the last hour and turned it to high..added frozen peas the last half hour (cooked it a total of 5.5 hrs)...will make this again..thanks

Sausage Barley Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2011
Great recipe...like others advised I added more barley..used 1/3 cup..next time think I'll use 1/2 cup..I added a little more 'hot stuff' a pitch or two of ground cayenne red pepper..I also cooked it day a head of time and let it chill so I could remove the sausage grease from the top..when I was ready to reheat, I heated on the stove and added the spinach..a great success..my guy couldn't stop talking about how much he enjoyed it..thank for a great meal,,
