About this Cook
Hi I'm Sabrina, I grew up cooking dinner for five, as my mom was working most of the time, so I grew up to love cooking and baking. I love to try new things, and I'm always tweaking recipes to make them better.
My favorite things to cook
My favortie things to cook hmmm....thats a hard one cause I love to cook all sorts of things but I guess I would have to say pizza cause you can always put a different spin on it. I've done pizza burgers, stromboli, and straight pizza. I like to brush garlic butter on the crust before I cook the pizza or stromboli.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I'm not sure if we really have any actually I mean for holidays we usually have turkey occasionally ham, I myself prefer ham. But, of course my mom doesn't like mustard so I can't do my honey mustard, brown sugar glaze which is amazing. But, I guess one tradition has always been pumpkin pie.
My cooking triumphs
I recently got out my mom's deep frier and have found myself looking for things to deep fry, I've done onion rings which were a big hit, funnel cake, which is great also I used pan cake batter for that one, lol works just as good topped with powedered sugar.
My cooking tragedies
I can't really think of any right now, accept from when I was little, I made mac and cheese and hot dogs for dinner and I accidently put garlic salt in the mac and cheese, man was it grose.
