Creme Brulee French Toast
I love this recipe as does my entire extended family. I made as written except I used maple syrup instead of karo syrup and did not remove the crusts from the bread. At the request of my granddaughter, the second time I made it I added a little over a cup of chopped pecans to the brown sugar and butter mixture. The pecans are a great addition to an already excellent recipe. The second time I made this I used Reynolds non-stick foil in the pan and when it was completely baked I turned it upside down onto a cookie sheet. This makes it much easier to serve. Oh and the Grand Marnier...a must.

Spinach Lasagna III
I loved this recipe. Like other comments, do use twice the spinach. I pretty much followed the instructions and my family loved it. The vegetarians were happy and it was hardy enough for the carnivores.

Spicy Sausage and Rice Casserole
Loved this recipe as did my family. I too had a problem with the rice not being fully cooked and will leave it in the oven next time for 90 minutes as a previous reviewer suggested. I also may cut down a bit on the cayenne pepper. My niece said it reminded her of eating a stuffed pepper. Will definitely make again.
