Brie Cranberry and Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2004
I changed this a bit after reading about the soggy crust. I cooked my chicken with thyme and rosemary. I put that on the crust with dried cranberries, then topped it with slices of brie and the shredded mozz cheese. it was heavenly.

instead of using crescent rolls, I used bread dough I made in my bread machine. I think the dill weed added a unique flavor to this.

I thought this was very good. I've made it twice now. The walnuts add a nice touch. It's wonderful warmed in the microwave for breakfast.

Five Spice Muffins

I did not have any trouble with this recipe being too dry. But my zucchini was frozen so it had lots of extra water in it. I baked mine for 30 minutes. I thought they came out great.

Baked Whole Cauliflower

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2003
I love this recipe! I could just eat this alone as a meal. The flavor is excellent. I have made this for several holiday dinners and it has always been a big hit. Even if you don't like cauliflower, you will probably like this. I did chop the cauliflower up into bite sized pieces in my casserole dish. Then sprinkled the bread crumb mixture over it.

Chicken Provolone

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2002
this is sooooo good! I put 2 slices of provolone per boneless, skinless chicken breast. I also moistened the stuffing with boiling water as I prefer very moist stuffing. I covered it with foil and baked it for 1 hour. This would be a good dish to serve company.

Creamy Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2002
This is wonderful. I could just eat this for a meal! I omitted the onion and used 3 cups of cheese. I also used cream of broccoli soup because the only cream of potato soup I could find had MSG. Campbell's Healthy Request does not.

This is very easy and good. I also added a couple of potatoes. I added extra water so it wouldn't dry out and would provide extra gravy.
