Happy Soup

This was great, and so easy! I used a can of kidney beans and one of black beans as well, and some herbs de provence. Yum! Will definitely make again!

I always try a new soup for Christmas and this was this year's choice. I did not strain out the seeds as I did not feel that it would impact the recipe all that much, and it did not. My family loved it even with the seeds in. The next time I make it I will have more time and will strain the seeds out just to see the difference.

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

I followed the recipe with the exception of using chorizo rather than andouille sausage, and it was great! It was very spicy and flavorful, but all of us like heat. Great recipe and SO easy!
