Obviously I love my own recipe - but this last time I made it, was the best it's ever turned out. Make sure those avacados are RIPE - I researched picking avacados online - i recommend going to a good grocery store and buying them a few days in advance, put them in a paper bag at room temperature, keep them dry and then use them the day of your party. Don't use the whole batch of cilantro - it does tend to over power - I used a half a batch - feel free to add as many jalepenos as you so desire. If the avacodos are rip and unbruised, though, you really can't go wrong. I LOVE THIS GUAC
