Roasted Okra

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2012
Awesome! Thank you so much. I've lived in Oklahoma my whole life and have never had roasted okra. This was so easy and tasty and left us dissapointed when it was gone.

Pork Stew in Green Salsa (Guisado de Puerco con Tomatillos)

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2012
This stew was a winner at my house! My husband smoked a pork shoulder and I needed something to do with the leftovers. I didn't have any tomatillos on hand so I doubled the chiles and used a few green tomatoes and just added the spices straight to the pot. It was excellent and I can't wait to make it totally to the recipe. Thank you so much!

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2012
If I could give this more stars I would. This was by far the best chocolate cake I have ever eaten or baked. I love that is was so easy! I made it as a bundt cake first and it was exceptional. Then I made the recipe as cupcakes. I filled the cups half way and baked for 20 minutes then topped with a chocolate ganache. I served them at a benefit chocolate festival and got so many compliments. They are so moist and delicious. Of course I credited your recipe. Thank you so much!!!

These turned out awesome. I didn't have any bread crumbs so I just threw in an old hotdog bun and lays potato chips in the Ninja and it worked perfectly. Thanks so much for this recipe.

Tofu Parmigiana

Reviewed: May 20, 2011
This turned out great. Thanks so much for the recipe because we have been looking for different ways to cook tofu. I did slice and freeze mine and then did the egg wash to the bread crumbs. It was delicious and I'll try it again for sure.

Venison Stew I

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2011
This was great! It turned out very tastey. I didn't think it would have much flavor because it doesn't call for much spice but I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks!

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2011
This is a great recipe! Thank you so much for sharing. The only change I made was to add a little cinammon and nutmeg. I've made it several times and always get compliments.

Easy Seafood Fettucini

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2010
Just made this recipe and it was pretty tasty. I did add cream cheese and a little less milk, which worked out good. Next time I'll add more cream cheese and less milk to make it creamier. I also added nutmeg, cayenne, and oregano and this gave it a lot more flavor. We only had scallops but it still turned out well. Thank you Anita for the recipe.
