I've been cooking since I was 12. Of course I've been eating for much longer. My wife and I have a great arrangements. I cook, she and kids eat it. Hmm ... maybe this is a better arrangement for them, than me.

My favorite things to cook
Any pasta dish, vegetable stir fry, ableskivers, pizza, pancakes, anything on the grill, and that next recipe that haven't tried yet.
My favorite family cooking traditions
We have yearly Christmas breakfast of Pancakes, eggs, and bacon. The kids play with the presents from Santa while it cooks. After breakfast, we open the rest of the presents and eat my mother's Christmastime chocolates. Yum!
My cooking triumphs
I create a bacon-bleu cheese pasta sauce with sausage ravioli for a Kraft Foods sponsored contest. Even though I lost the competition, it gained an amazing amount of buzz on FoodBuzz and the praise of everyone who tried it.
My cooking tragedies
I had so many ... where do I start? These trials just hit the garbage can and I start fresh.
