Pumpkin Pie Cake II

I didn't add the pecans, but maybe that would have helped. I did drizzle quite a bit of butter over the top, but every place that didn't get butter was just raw cake mix in the finished product. I thought it would soak up the pumpkin mixture. Maybe I should have patted it down into the pumpkin mixture?

Kim's Ultimate Meatloaf

I used 1 lb. of lamb and 1/2 lb. of ground pork. I used two slices of dried bread crumbs instead of crackers, and added diced onion to the meat meatloaf. The sauce was way too watery. There was also a bunch of grease on top since the meat was a bit fatty. Next time I might bake it for 20 minutes then drain the fat off before I add the sauce(minus about 2/3 of the water or more).

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I added two small diced carrots, and a small minced clove of garlic, a bit of fresh chopped flat parsley, and added a bit more water to compensate. Other than that, I followed recipe, and it was a great one!

Amanda's Potatoes

This was really good, simple, and delicious. I halved the recipe and served with asian green beans and bbq ribs. The only I will change for next time is a bit of salt throughout or a bit of very sharp cheese throughout. It was the tiniest bid bland.

Quick and Easy Cheese Bread

This bread was great! The only changes I made was a bit less sugar and a mixture of white cheeses instead of cheddar. We had it with ham n beans and it was delish! My daughter helped me make it...she's 4. It was her first bread.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

I made the recipe exactly as it said. I used thawed blueberries for the fruit. The fruit all sunk to the bottom, and it wasn't quite as tasty as I thought it would be. Still decent though.
