Wow! These are SO yummy. I didn't taste black beans at all. I did add the coffee and chocolate chips, and subbed apple sauce for oil. I didn't add the baking powder but I think I will try it next time because the consistency is a little gooey and they fall apart when I take them out of the pan. But my 2 1/2 yr old doesn't mind, he just says, more brownies please!

yuck...these were flat as pancakes. it seemed like the recipe was missing something, like flour to make them not so runny.

Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

This is a great morning smoothie. If I don't have frozen strawberries I make sure the banana is frozen.. one of them has to be or else it is too liquidy. Also, substituting half the strawberries with peaches is a great combo too. This recipe says 2 servings, but really it's the size of a regular smoothie you'd get at a place like Jamba Juice.

Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies

mine turned out very dry, and did not flatten. i mashed them flat after the first dozen didn't flatten, but still, they are a dry cookie. the batter tasted great... too bad. at least they are pretty healthy cookie-wise.
