Amazing! I also added 1/4 cup cocoa to the batter and decreased the sugar a little. So good!

Lemon Cream Cupcakes

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2011
This was delicious! I subbed the butter with veg. oil and the sour cream with plain yogurt in order to make these cupcakes slightly less unhealthy, I also mixed about 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice into the yogurt before mixing it in with the batter as directed. I baked for only about 20-24 mins. Also, the icing is really delicious. To give it more of a tangy zip, I added more lemon juice. I topped the cupcakes with blueberries- the flavours were phenomenal together

Crazy Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2010
This was an excellent recipe!!! I used 1 tablespoon white vinegar, one tablespoon lemon juice. I also used milk instead of water and added a half teaspoon of instant coffee as someone suggested. I also upped the cocoa to 1 cup and added 1 teaspoon of baking powder... this was amazing! Finally I mixed the dry ingredients in a bowl and the wet ingredients in a separate bowl then mixed them and poured into pan. Rich, chocolatey, yummy and less fat since there is no eggs! Also no worries, you cant taste the vinegar!

Baked French Fries II

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2010
I used a red potato instead and put the wedges into a tupperware, added lots of garlic powder, salt, pepper, and a little bit of cayenne pepper. *ADDITIONS: I also cut an onion into thick slices and layered it on top, and once I shook them up in the container! So delicious! Definitely try this.

Baked French Fries I

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2010
I used a red potato instead and put the wedges into a tupperware, added lots of garlic powder, salt, pepper, and a little bit of cayenne pepper. *ADDITIONS: I also cut an onion into thick slices and layered it on top, and once I shook them up in the container, I spread them in a pan and sprinkled parmesan cheese over them! So delicious! Definitely try this. *NOTE: Like everyone below has said, 450 degrees is overkill. 400 degrees for 30-40 mins depending on your oven should do it!
