Oh my gosh....great recipe taste like fish sticks. The only changes I made was I put fish in bowl, poured milk over the fish and seasoned. I combined flour, croutons and added 4 tablespoons of bread crumbs in a ziplock bag. Added fish to the ziplock bag.
