Waffles I

This recipe was a bust. The waffles got overly dark but were limp and had a strong taste of baking soda. Not what I prefer in a waffle at all. The only upside is that they held their shape well.....

Pumpkin Wheat Honey Muffins

Amazing muffins! With a golden sugar crust and a warm, moist crumb. Go wheat free and use spelt flour instead - they're really healthy and just as tasty!

Four Egg Yellow Cake

I went the 1/2 butter 1/2 shortening route and it tasted great. I made cupcakes & noticed that they raised better in my airbake pan than the silicone pan. But both pans taste just fine. I baked the cupcakes for 30 minutes.

Hot Fudge Sauce
