Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls
These were FANTASTIC, and surprisingly easy to make. I used butter instead of margarine, because that's what I had at hand, and used muscovado sugar, which brought great taste and texture. Also, I used more flour than the recipe calls for, in order to have a workable dough, but that's normal in baking, just add the flour if the dough is too mois and sticky. I also made a batch where I used peanut butter, sesame butter instead of margarine, muscovado sugar and no cinnamon (some of my guests didn't care for cinnamon). I formed the rolls, put them in an oiled baking pan and left them rise in the refrigerator overnight. I baked them in the morning, and they came out perfect. I will definitely be making these again and again. Thank you so much for the recipe !

Morning Glory Muffins I
These are delicious muffins! I adapted the recipe a bit, to use what I had available. I only used white flour, 2 whole eggs instead of 1 egg + 2 egg whites, applesauce instead of apple butter, and I used less sugar than it was called for (about 1/4 cup less, next time I'll reduce the sugar by 1/2 cup ), since I only used apples, not carrots, and my apples were quite sweet. I used toasted almonds instead of walnuts, and put them directly in the dough with the wheat germ. They came out beautiful, tops crunchy, inside soft and light. A keeper! Next time I'll use oats to replace part of the flour for added nutritional value.

Roasted Vegetables
I loved the recipe, but a bit bland for my taste. I also thought there was a bit too much oil for me. I ended up adding more balsamic vinegar and it turned out fine. Next time I'll half the olive oil, double the balsamic vinegar and add more herbs to it. Also, 45 minutes weren't enough, it took around 1h20 min to cook the potatoes, even though I'd cut them into smaller bits than the other veggies... Overall, I liked this a lot, and will definitely be making this again with my adjustments :-)
