Lemon Mushroom Herb Chicken

Funny story: I accidentally threw in the lemon juice right after I read: [For the sauce...] "In a mixing bowl, mix together cream of mushroom, chicken broth, & lemon juice." Doh! I wasn't planning on throwing away this batter, especially since that was the only lemon I had in the fridge. I continued. Served over rice, the breading on the chicken was tangy & tasty from the lemon and herbs. The sauce was very creamy & delicious.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

I was pretty surprised with my results. This was a very easy recipe to follow & I loved the taste! Used HICKORY-SMOKED PEPPER & HICKORY-SMOKED SALT to sprinkle on the chicken. At 355 degrees for 20 minutes. Thanks for posting!

Incredible Chicken

I melted some butter (as suggested by some) & threw it in the mix. When the chicken got too salty, I just added a packet of Splenda to neutralize the saltiness. Thawed chicken breasts. 400 degrees. 25 minutes, did the trick. It was a splendid meal. Different in taste. But, got a kudos from my consumers. :D
