The Very Best Burgers!

These burgers were absolutely delish! Made them over the weekend for my two best friends. I less than halved the recipe because I only had a 400g packet of minced beef. Added 100g blue cheese, smatter of mixed herbs for added flavor. Didn't use the worcestershire sauce cos didn't have any on hand. I baked them for about 15 mins, was great because all the oil came out of the patties, so it felt "fairly healthy" gosh absolutely love it. Will make these when my family comes to visit in 2 weeks time.

Tofu Lasagna

Very easy to prepare this recipe. And its completely delicious too. Alterations: I added half a cup of fresh green vege.I don't think it was spinach but it tastes like spinach tho, added some fresh mushrooms, italian herbs, 4 cloves of garlic and one big onion which i chopped up.I didn't have any fancy cheese on hand so I used about 6 slices of kraft cheese. after each meat layer I would add that.WAs fantastic and not too caloric, best part, this made me not even miss meat lasagne. Enjoy!

Kentucky Butter Cake

This cake is absolutely fabulous. i made it tonight and my dad says its a keeper. mum said it was wicked and asked me to cut up some immediately for her to take to office in the morning. I followed the recipe to scratch but made 2 alterations. i cut the sugar down to just 1 cup/200g because i was afraid it would be too sweet. it turned out great, also i cut 50g of sugar out of the butter sauce. additionally i added 1.5 tablespoons of lemon juice to give it that extra zing. the cake is absolutely gorgeous and so easy to make. enjoy :)
