Banana Cake VI

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2011
I accidentally added two cups of buttermilk, I put in another half cup of sugar to make up for it. Turned out great and I'll probably make it the same way again.

Milky Way® Cupcake Icing

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2011
I loved this! Unlike other reviewers I thought that it tasted very similar to milky ways. It IS very sweet but with a yellow cake that's just fine, no one found it to be too sweet at all. Definitely let it cool before frosting anything.

Banana Pancakes I

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2011
These are so good! I combine all the dry ingredients, then put the egg in the blender, blend for a couple seconds, add the rest of the ingredients (including whole bananas) and blend, then slowly add the dry mix. I pour it onto the griddle right out of the blender. Works great and saves a lot of time.

Chocolate Mousse II

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2011
This is so good and ridiculously easy. I've made it plain and I've made it with almond extract (mix in about 2 Tbps with the boiling water) love it both ways!

These are so delicious! Keep in mind that they aren't sugar cookies.

Home Made Top Tarts!

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2011
Yummy! I used the French Pastry Pie Crust from this site. These are adorable if you take cookie cutters and stack the shapes onto of each other. So good.

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2011
I gave this two stars solely for the frosting. It was chocolatey and fudgy . . . mmmmh. The actual brownie however is, sadly, chocolate cake. Not even good chocolate cake but dry tasteless cake. I really had high hopes for this recipe, wanting a chewy fudgy brownie but this wasn't it.

Grandma Johnson's Scones

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2011
I love these, they're amazing! I don't care for raisins so I put in craisins (I've also used fresh strawberries, which was good). These actually cut very nicely with cookie cutters if you don't mind them swelling up a bit.

These cookies are so amazing! They have just the right amount of chocolate and are very thin and chewy.

Yummy Roll Ups

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2011
I have made this recipes for years with corned beef instead of ham. They're okay this way but amazing with corned beef. (also we use dill pickles not pickle spears)

This is good but very plain. Easy enough and DEFINITELY needs frosting.
