Chicken Bouillon Rice

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2013
the best way is to clean the rice first. Then, boil the water with the cubes until the cubes dissolve. Cook the rise (in a rice cooker or pot) with the chicken broth instead of just water. in this order - the rice actually holds the chicken flavor and you can even add chicken (cooked) later to enhance it.

Zesty Tuna Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2012
This was great, but i substituted the raw onions for dried onion flakes (a bit less then half a cup). I put more Dijon styled mustard and more relish. I also added 3 hard boil eggs. Taste delicious!

Macadamia Raspberry White Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2010
I made these with strawberry jam. I added the jam last and increased the amount. I also did not use the white chocolate and instead of macadamia nuts i used sliced almonds. The cookies came out softer then expected, but they taste very good.

Mexican Soup

The whole family really enjoyed it. I only placed one green chili in the soup so to not make it too spicy. This was a hearty soup packed with flavor.

These cookies were moist and very good. I added homemade icing just for x-mas flare, and that was literally just "icing on the cake" . WIth or without, these cookies are great!!!!
