My own cooking blog!!! WooHooooo!!!! Of course, I haven't been cooking much lately. I do hope to start again very soon.

I'm not a huge cooking fan. I know, that comes as a surprise to many of you. I do like to cook for my freezer. Once a month cooking has saved me. I get it all done and over with in one session and we eat for a month. It's great!!!

I love any tips or recipes that get me out of the kitchen fastest. Feel free to share with me!

About Me
My favorite things to cook
Chocolate :-)
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love that my children are learning to cook on their own and that they are excited about it!!
My cooking triumphs
I remember making a "Flaming Cherry Chicken". It was so neat to see the sauce on fire. My biggest triumph though is when I do a major freezer cooking session and have meals planned, made and ready for a whole month. My family loves it too.
My cooking tragedies
There are so many, I can't even remember them all. I do recall that the first time I tried to make gravy, it turned into wallpaper paste. Then I made quite a few main dishes that were inedible. It's amazing that my husband didn't starve to death our first year of marriage.
