Apparently, I got lost in the dark. Over four years after my first blog post and I am now entering my second post ;-) Much has changed in four years, specifically, my eating habits. Gone is the Dr. Pepper, gluten and dairy (for the most part). I am currently attempting Paleo again, and maybe… MORE

About Me
My favorite things to cook
Chocolate :-)
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love that my children are learning to cook on their own and that they are excited about it!!
My cooking triumphs
I remember making a "Flaming Cherry Chicken". It was so neat to see the sauce on fire. My biggest triumph though is when I do a major freezer cooking session and have meals planned, made and ready for a whole month. My family loves it too.
My cooking tragedies
There are so many, I can't even remember them all. I do recall that the first time I tried to make gravy, it turned into wallpaper paste. Then I made quite a few main dishes that were inedible. It's amazing that my husband didn't starve to death our first year of marriage.
