Amazing recipe. I did not have to cut my phyllo dough, it fit in the pan already. I did have to make more of the butter, about another 1/2 of the original recipe to cover everything. I thought the sauce was very good, I did what the other reviewers had and did an extra 1/2 of sauce in addition before hand and cooled it down. It was wonderful!!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

I made this last night exactly as the recipe states. It was delicious! The only thing I added is chopped pecans because I had some on hand. Made 1 for a potluck at work, everyone raved, left 1 for my fiance who loved it, and gave 1 loaf to my brother, all from 1 simple recipe! I WILL be making this regularly!

Buffalo Blue Cheese Chicken Burgers

We made these burgers exactly as listed. The flavor was good but the consistency left 2 starving college boys with most of their burger on their plate. The color made it very hard to tell when the patties were done. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

Banana Pudding IV

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

We have made this several times now. The perfect blend of sweet and spicy. It always comes out moist and delicious!
