Shrimp Alfredo Pasta
This was much better than I anticipated as I swore I'd never buy jarred alfredo again! Classico Four Cheese is actually REALLY good! I altered the recipe in the following way: Used Linguine instead of Angel Hair 1 Stick of butter melted with juice of 1/2 lemon Cut the shrimp into bite size pieces prior to cooking Used 1 1/2 TBSP fresh garlic Topped with fresh grated cheese

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf
Great recipe although I made some changes...I'm cooking for 1 so I cut the recipe in half. I mixed the bread crumbs and milk and let it sit for a minute as another reviewer suggested. I then added a little more milk so it wasn't so dry. I used 8oz of shredded Mont Jack/Cheddar cheese, chopped up a small onion, 2 tsp of fresh garlic, seasoned with garlic/onion powders, salt/pepper and a splash or two of worchestire. I left out the ketchup. I made 2 good size loaves out of it in a baking dish and put a little bit of water on the bottom of the pan. I cooked it for 45 minutes at 400. I complimented it with chopped red potatoes drizzled with EVOO and 3/4 of a Good Seasons Italian dressing package. Mixed it well and put in a loaf pan and covered with foil. 30 minutes into cooking I stirred them up. Sprinkled with Parm/Romano cheese at the end. Simply delicious and I don't like meatloaf made with beef, it dries out! Tip: I used a baking dish instead of the loaf pan because of the issues with it making a mess. No mess in my oven!
