Baked Pork Chops I

Delicious and easy to prepare. I used Panko bread crumbs, added Italian seasoning and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper, and fried the pork chops in a large deep skillet until browned and crisp. Instead of baking, I prepared the mushroom gravy separately, using a large can of cream of mushroom soup and replacing the milk with extra white wine. I poured the hot gravy over the cooked pork chops and simmered for 15 min. more. Yum! Optional: Add another can or two of mushroom soup to make extra gravy to serve over mashed potatoes or jasmine rice. Enjoy!

Clinton's Special Vegetarian Quiche

Delicious!!! This beautifully browned, colorful layered dish is worthy of a magazine photo and gets rave reviews from all. I did not purée the spinach, used sharp cheddar cheese, and added a dash of smoked Spanish paprika, which is amazingly delicious on eggs. Thank you, Diane, for sharing this new favorite recipe.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Very easy and a huge hit at our Super Bowl party, with several requests for the recipe. Score! I made the following suggested changes: Fresh jalapenos to taste, Parmesan mixed into dip and sprinkled on top with Panko bread crumbs, baked at 400 degrees for 20 min. until browned (which people loved), served with toasted bagel chips. Modenese Pork Chops

Delicious and easy to prepare. The whole house smells heavenly. I added more wine and spices for extra sauce and it was perfect. Enjoy!
